Limassol Marina Project

Limassol Marina Project

Additional Info

CADS is a one of the consortium partners of the Limassol Marina Project. The luxurious Marina combines the yachting facilities with residential and commercial development with beautiful Mediterranean views for an exclusive lifestyle.

The Limassol Marina will be conveniently located adjacent to the Limassol city. It will be carefully designed to blend with the surrounding area of the Old Harbour, the Old Town and the Medieval Castle. It aims to become the most exclusive resort and Marina in the Eastern Mediterranean. The Marina will have a capacity of approximately 600 berths. Workshop facilities including general boat repairs and maintenance will be available for all, and each berth will have access to fresh water, electric power, cable television, high-speed Internet, telephone and WI-FI. Additionally the Marina will provide facilities for refueling, waste water services, waste oil services and daily refuse pick-up. Concrete construction will be used to create secure berthing for larger yachts and car parking facilities. All yachts will be met upon arrival and offered tie-up assistance. Crew facilities for showering and relaxing ashore will also be available.

The Marina development will be 34,000 m² of real estate consisting of exclusive one, two and three bedroom apartments all with stunning sea views as well as two, three and four bedroom villas all on the frontline. All properties will be designed to the highest of specifications with luxurious finishes and modern amenities reflecting the unique Marina lifestyle. A number of themed restaurants including fish taverns, international cuisine, bars and cafeterias will create a unique blend that will attract both locals and tourists. Shops offering a variety of high quality products will be available. The Marina will be operational by the middle of 2011.
